TORONTO, ON - October 20, 2010 –The documentary series about New York Times best-selling author Tosca Reno, Tosca: Flexing at 49, has been nominated for a Gemini Award under the “Best General/Human Interest Series” category.

Tosca: Flexing at 49, which was produced by Upfront Entertainment and aired the summer of 2009, followed Reno’s journey preparing for a fitness contest at the age of 49 while still fulfilling her duties as a full-time wife, mother, columnist and author.

Tosca Reno and Robert Kennedy Publishing want to thank the show’s producers Linda Stregger and Barbara Barde and director Naomi Wise, as well as the entire crew, and congratulate them on their nomination.
